Tini Fadzillah is Co-Founder of The Coach Partnership, a company that offers world-class leadership development, coaching, and coach certification. She has been in the coaching industry for more than 25 years and specialises in coaching C-suite and senior executives in performance, leadership, and change, with a reputation of surfacing and creating sustainable shifts to the underlying conversations needed to unlock a leader’s full potential and drive results.
Outside of work, she loves reading, cooking, K-Pop, and spending time with her family.
She currently lives in Singapore with her husband and her daughter, Maia Lim, a talented 13-year-old artist behind the MaiaMade bracelets @maiamade.sg.
